STEM PhDs and postdocs who are entering industry or STEM PhDs working in technology, quant finance, and bio-technology. Senior software engineers or higher level, typically 7 or more years of experience.

If I’m experienced at negotiating is it worth it?

We have helped professionals with 20+ years of experience negotiate better than they would on their own. We have done L9 offer negotiations worth tens of millions of dollars. That being said, we can’t guarantee our impact, which is why we have a Pay What You Think is Fair Guarantee. Can I lose my offer from negotiating?

Yes, it is possible. We have the data to know that it is exceedingly rare, less than 1% of the time. Your risk also depends on how you negotiate – we identify the signals when you are at risk, and manage that risk appropriately.
